Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at FAIYAZ STUDIOS. We strive to get our products to you as quickly and safely as possible. All FAIYAZ STUDIOS pieces are made to order to reduce waste and support mindful production.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new drop or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically arrive 5-10 business days depending on location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Total Delivery Time + Taxes 

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days total.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: FAIYAZ STUDIOS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

FAIYAZ STUDIOS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. FAIYAZ STUDIOS is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
