Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Orders

At FAIYAZ STUDIOS, we offer pre-orders to allow our community to secure upcoming jewelry drops and apparel releases.

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

• Final Sale: Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order is considered final and is being prepared for production or shipment. At this stage, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

No Subscriptions

We do not currently offer recurring subscription services. All purchases made on our site are one-time transactions.
